What is Design X AI?
We are a senior bilingual team based in Querétaro, Mexico. We build commercial systems — website or platform, CRM and AI agent — as one connected asset, for companies in Mexico, the United States and Canada.
What does a NEOS system include?
A conversion-oriented website or platform, a commercial CRM with pipeline and owners, form and message capture, and an AI agent that qualifies prospects before a person gets involved. All on the same data.
How much does it cost?
In the United States packages start at $7,500 USD and in Canada at CA$10,490 CAD; in Mexico they start at $35,000 MXN + VAT. Scope and price are written before we start.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The system is paid once and it is yours. There is no monthly rent for the CRM or ERP. The only monthly service, and it is optional, is social media.
What does the annual fee include?
Server, verified backups, technical support and maintenance. Year one is included in the one-time payment; from year two the annual fee applies.
Who owns the system?
You do. Domain, code, CRM and data are in your name from day one, with documentation and no lock-in. If you change providers, everything goes with you.
How long does a project take?
A WebFlash website in 48 hours. A NEOS system is delivered in visible stages every two weeks; the full project usually takes 4 to 16 weeks depending on modules and integrations.

What is the difference between WebFlash and NEOS?

Do you work in Mexico, the United States and Canada?
Yes. We deliver remotely in all three countries. We are on Central Time, the same as Chicago and Dallas, and one hour behind Toronto and Ottawa.
What currencies do you invoice in?
Mexican pesos (MXN + VAT) for Mexico, US dollars (USD) for the United States and Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada. The USD equivalent is shown as a reference on the Canadian pages.
How do I pay?
With Stripe or Wise. You can start with a deposit, or pay against demo: we show you the site working and you pay when it convinces you.
Do you offer an AI agent?
Yes. The agent qualifies prospects — need, timeline and budget — answers what is already authorized and books; anything commercial or sensitive is routed to a person.
Does it integrate with what I already use?
Yes. We connect your website, email, accounting, payment gateway or an existing system, so the CRM is the center of the operation rather than one more island.
Do you handle medical records?
No. For clinics we offer scheduling, CRM and patient acquisition; we do not store clinical records or medical histories. For schools, academic records stay in the school's own system.
Do you guarantee sales results?
We do not promise sales. We deliver a system that stops leads being lost for reasons nobody can see; results depend on your offer, your pricing and your commercial follow-through.
What if I want to change providers?
The code and the data are yours and exportable. There is no migration project to escape us and no exit fee: you compare the next vendor against a system you already own.
