Load the fleet
Units, trailers, drivers and the documents that expire.

A fleet can look busy and still lose money. This module tells you which trips, units and customers actually pay.

If you only see the month, you cannot tell whether the loss came from a route, a unit, a driver or a client. Attaching every cost to the trip is what turns a transport business from a monthly guess into a set of decisions: which routes to keep and which to reprice.
Carriers and logistics operators with several units, where fuel and maintenance are the largest costs and nobody can say which trips are profitable.
Trips consume fuel and generate expenses, so purchasing, inventory and accounts all read from the same source. Driver expenses and fuel tickets land on the trip instead of being reconstructed from receipts at closing, and the bill of lading lives with the trip instead of in the cab.
The transportation module is +$1,200 USD on top of any NEOS tier, which start at $7,500 USD. One-time payment; the annual fee from year two covers server, backups, support and maintenance.
Your fleet list, the trips you run in a normal week, and how you capture fuel and expenses today. If that lives in a stack of invoices, part of the work is turning it into a structure per trip.
Most of the data comes from dispatch and from the fuel and expense tickets the driver already produces. We keep the driver's side simple: the trip, the unit and the expenses, recorded where they happen instead of reconstructed at month end from a glove box full of paper.
It does not dispatch for you or negotiate freight rates. It records what each trip consumed and produced so that the decision on which routes and customers to keep stops being a matter of opinion.
In transport, the monthly total is rarely the problem; the average looks acceptable. The leak is per trip: a route that never covers its fuel, a unit with abnormal consumption, a client whose waiting times cost more than the freight pays. Attaching costs to the trip is what exposes it.
Spreadsheets per unit work until you have to compare them. The moment you want to know which client or which route is actually profitable, someone has to merge ten files and the answer arrives a week late. One system records the trip once and answers all three questions from the same data.

Profitability per trip, per unit and per customer, not just a monthly total.

Yes, the bill of lading lives digitally with each trip.
Yes. The value is highest when fuel and maintenance are large costs, which is true even for a small fleet.
